I've been where you are
Back in 2015, I co-founded a venture.
Seven months later, my co-founder quit.
I stayed. I pushed harder.
Two years later, I was crying in my car.
I had taken on everything, marketing, sales, operations, delivery, finance, thinking that’s what it takes to build something meaningful.
It wasn’t.
I wasn’t failing.
I was burned out.
Because I had no systems, no structure, and no clarity on what actually mattered.
So I shut the venture down and jumped into strategy consuling.
I worked with high-growth startups, unicorns, and large enterprises—building go-to-market strategies, launching new businesses, and driving execution.
I learned how businesses scale.

Finally I quit my job and set out to help founders use those same principles and frameworks that these high growth entrepreneurs and million dollar companies were using.
