Cancellation Policy

- A slot can be booked only when the payment is made - Cancellation and rescheduling for a booked session can happen upto 1 hour before the start time of the session, otherwise the booked session will be charged at 100% of the fee and no refunds will be issued - In case a session is cancelled in time (more than 1 hour before start time of the session, full refund will be issued) - The session will start and end at scheduled time, the facilitator is under no obligation to accommodate any delay on your part in joining the session - If you do not show up within 15 mins of the start time of the session, the session will be considered concluded and it will be charged
