From burnout to energized! Read about my transformation journey here

5 years ago, I crashed. Had a break down and was completely burnt out. 
 

I used to experience heart palpitations, my anxiety levels would rise with every notification, I was putting on weight, had acne, hair fall, I couldn't sleep and if I did, I'd have nightmares about work. I was stressed, overworked and burnt out.

I knew I could not go on any longer, I had to make a change. I finally quit my job and decided to prioritize my wellbeing also knew I wanted to heal myself without medication. 

Until then, I had never practiced yoga. Like a typical corporate employee, my excuse for not doing any workout was "I don't have the time". I used to wear busyness as a badge. Until I couldn't bear the weight of the badge anymore.

Reluctantly, I started exploring yoga with very little strength, low immunity and zero flexibility. Never knew exactly "how" to meditate. 

 

In 3 months, my backache went away, I had more energy, more stamina, I slept peacefully, like I hadn't slept in a long time! 

Fast forward to now, 4 years and counting, I've stuck to my Yoga practice. While at it, I also became a Mindfulness and Meditation coach. 

While on my journey, I created this platform coz I knew there were so many people who were in the same boat and I knew I could help them.

Over the last 4 years, I along with my wellness crew, have helped several clients improve their health, their sleep, their mind space and feel like themselves again.

  • I’m not flexible at all, can I still join?
    Absolutely! Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about connecting with your body and breath. Every posture can be modified to make it work for you, all you need is to show up everyday, we will do the rest!
  • Who are these sessions for?
    This batch is for busy professionals seeking to build a consistent self-care and wellness practice. If you are looking to lose weight, improve your immunity, looking to work on your medical condition like BP, diabetes, back pain etc, please do mention the same while signing up and we will incorporate practices for you.
  • I have never practiced Yoga before, can I still join?
    Yes absolutely! This is a beginners batch and perfect for you. We will start from the basics and build on the foundations before we jump into slightly more difficult and advanced practices. We will also keep adapting the practices based on your body's flexibility and suggest variations as well in case you find any practice challenging.
  • Who will be teaching the classes?
    We have experienced and certified yoga teacher who will lead the classes. Each teacher is aligned with Healing Together's philosophy of holistic wellness and has been trained to create safe and judgment free spaces for all our members.
  • What should I bring to the class?
    Don't worry, we will share a guide that will give you the details of everything you need to have a good experience with us. Not just that, this guide will also help you set up your camera and mat perfectly for the teacher to see you properly and guide you well during the class.
  • Will I get individual attention in these classes?
    Where our instructors monitor the participants and offer posture corrections from time to time, it might not always be possible to pay attention to every participant at all times. How ever you are encouraged to interact with the teacher and seek help for any challenges you might have during the practice. How ever if you are looking for more personalized attention, we recommend exploring our 1 on 1 sessions with our trained experts.
